AI Workflow Automation
Turn repetitive manual processes into clear AI-assisted workflows.
Barcelona, Spain · Available for Remote Projects
I design AI workflows, prompt systems, and lightweight AI-powered tools for businesses, creators, and small teams that want to automate repetitive work and turn ideas into usable systems.
For businesses, creators, and small teams that want AI to save real time.
Turn repetitive manual processes into clear AI-assisted workflows.
Build reusable prompt systems instead of relying on one-off prompts.
Turn an idea into a practical first version.
Practical systems and prototypes — from portfolio work to products still in development.
A structured workflow for improving prompt quality, consistency, and repeatability across AI tasks.
Problem: AI outputs become inconsistent when prompts are unstructured or difficult to reuse.
What I built: A structured prompt optimization workflow designed to improve repeatability, clarity, and output consistency.
Problem: Personal training plans are often generic and difficult to adapt over time.
What I'm building: An AI-powered fitness planning system with personalized workout logic, progress tracking, and adaptive training workflows.
View project pageProblem: Personal financial decisions are often scattered across spreadsheets, notes, and disconnected tools.
What I'm building: A personal finance decision-support system designed to organize financial information and support clearer decisions.
View project pageI start with the workflow and problem, not the AI tool.
The goal is something usable, not another AI demo.
Systems and prompts are designed to be understandable and reusable.
Build small, test quickly, improve from real feedback.
Solve real problems. If I wouldn't use it myself, I probably shouldn't build it.
Question assumptions. Good products begin with curiosity, not certainty.
Keep improving. Every version should be better than the last.
Choose simplicity. Technology should remove complexity, not create more of it.
Build in public. Sharing the journey is part of building better products.
// ABOUT
Ali is an AI Systems Designer based in Barcelona. Before moving into AI and digital products, he worked in travel and later ran an online business importing and selling consumer gadgets — work that taught him how to read demand, execute on a practical idea, and build the systems around it.
AI became part of that process in late 2024, first for product research and e-commerce workflows, then gradually for planning, analysis, and building itself. He believes technology should remove unnecessary complexity from everyday life, not add another layer of it — the thinking behind FitAI and Money CFO, two practical tools built from problems he ran into directly.
He's currently building both products and taking on select freelance AI work — always starting from the real problem, not the trend.
Not a résumé — the moments that actually shaped how Ali builds.
Training taught discipline, resilience, consistency, and long-term thinking. Those principles later became the foundation of how Ali builds products.
Ali began using AI seriously while researching products, managing e-commerce workflows, and improving online business operations. What started as a productivity tool gradually changed how he planned, learned, analysed problems, and built solutions.
Money CFO started from a personal challenge. Ali had always tracked income and expenses manually — but after moving countries, managing multiple currencies and different income sources became increasingly difficult. Instead of accepting the problem, he decided to build the solution he wanted to use himself. Status: in development.
FitAI began with a problem Ali experienced repeatedly throughout years of training: useful fitness information existed everywhere, but never as one practical system that could survive breaks, changing routines, and real life. After restarting his own training more than once, he began building the tool he wished he had along the way.
Moving to Barcelona became an opportunity to focus on building products around real-life problems. Ali's current work is developing practical AI-powered web applications while documenting the journey publicly.
// TRAINING
CrossFit became a serious part of Ali's life in 2020. It's not a professional pursuit — but showing up consistently, over years, changes how you think about everything else.
Training is where the idea of long-term progress over quick results really sank in: some weeks nothing seems to move, and then it does.
The same principles that hold up in the gym — consistency, discipline, and continuous improvement — are the ones Ali tries to apply to building products.
Showing up matters more than motivation.
Progress comes from repetition, not intensity.
Meaningful progress is rarely linear.
Small improvements compound over time.
